Minimum orders and lead times
Stock garments: no minimum and next day delivery
Stock styles in non-stock sizes or shades: minimum 24 per shade and 6 per size; 4-5 weeks
Non stock styles made in the UK: usual minimum 45 and lead-time 4-5 weeks
Non stock styles made off-shore: usual minimum 500 and lead-time 12 weeks
Accurate scheduling and delivery service for all bespoke garments
Despatch
Same day despatch for stock orders by 24hr service, for orders received before 2pm Mon-Thur or 11am Fri
UK and Northern Ireland costs
Orders over £250 (ex VAT) Free
Orders under £250 1 – 3 garments £5.25 + VAT
4+ garments £6.50 + VAT
Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man 48 hour service, £12 + VAT per box or bag
Channel Islands £25 + VAT per box
Overseas carriage - charged at cost
Payment - nett 30 days from date of invoice

Stock Items
Minimums - there is no minimum order on stock items
Re-tabbing - we can replace the Balmoral label with your own on knitted garments. The cost is 40p per garment.
